The Ingredients
We know that in cooking everything depends on the ingredients. When we make our dishes from scratch, the choice of ingredients is what matters the most to us.
The Basil
We make sure to nourish our basil plants with enough water and light before it shows up on your plate.
The Meat
The meat in our hamburgers is minced from prime grade beef and without any additives. The cattle are raised on grass to ensure the quality of the protein.
The Olive Oil
We only use Mia Poesia extra virgin olive oil in our kitchen and bakery. We import the oil directly from Puglia region of Italy where the Raffaeli family has carefully cultivated their land in the town of Cerignola for the past 120 years.
The Butter
We believe butter makes everything better. That's why we only use authentic Icelandic butter in both baking and cooking.
