Our foundation is built on ice cream and over 5 decades later we still hold on to our roots. We produce all our ice cream on site and process the mix from scratch.
The Vanilla from Madagascar
The Sava region of Northeast Madagascar has some of the world's most fertile soils. The humid climate and nutritious land have together created optimal conditions for vanilla cultivation. Pollination of the flowers is carried out with the help of natives and Madagascar farmers are widely considered the world's leading experts on curing vanilla beans. The result is a spicy-sweet and creamy flavor that takes the taste buds on a tour around the world.
This is why we use Madagascar vanilla in our ice cream.
The Ice Cream Mixture
The basis of our mixture is Icelandic milk and cream. We don't use any oils in the production process but instead allow the cream do work its magic.
